Recommended bowl: Shio wontonmen hotspot

This master trained at five different ramen shops before opening Mishima in 2012. The shop is known for shio ramen, served with light, clear pork & shellfish based soup. Medium-width, flat, Mikawaya Seimen-made noodles, and wonton toppings available. Each bowl also comes topped with pickled zasae (Chinese vegetable).
