Recommended bowl: Smoked chashu

The sister shop of Emoto Masahiro in Nakameguro, run by master Emoto-san, who trained at the famous Ramen Nagi. This shop serves a shio based soup made from pork bones, chicken bones and gyokai. The pork chashu is smoked and recommended, cut to order along with the negi. Noodles are supplied by Daruma Seimen, the noodle company run by Nagi. Extra butter topping and raw egg on the side for dipping. Located in the former space of Tsuta. Open since July 2020.
