One of the few places in Tokyo where you an get authentic Wakayama-style ramen, which consists of a rich tonkotsu soup combined with a dark shoyu tare and topped with green negi. The noodles are supplied in-house and made with a secret recipe. The pork chaser topping is made using Kirishima Sanroku brand pork from Miyazaki prefecture.
