Recommended bowl: Pure Wakayama

One of the few places in Tokyo where you an get authentic Wakayama-style ramen, which consists of a rich tonkotsu soup combined with a dark shoyu tare and topped with green negi. The noodles are supplied in-house and made with a secret recipe. The pork chaser topping is made using Kirishima Sanroku brand pork from Miyazaki prefecture. Run by the Okada Igomu company, most of the staff are from Wakayama. The shop manager previously worked at the shop Marui Ramen in Wakayama. Open since April, 2019.
