Ramen at Kawashin (川しん)

Recommended bowl: Local favorite

Run solo by master Matsuura-san, the soup at Kawashin is pork bone based with tare choices of miso, mābo, shoyu or shio. The recommended miso ramen comes with the tare placed as a topping, which is then mixed into the soup as you eat. Noodles are special ordered. A long-time favorite amongst locals, especially at night (open until 12am). Since 1988.
