“Myeon Seoul” in Gangnam is a modern noodle house that elevates Korean comfort food with refined techniques and quality ingredients✨ I tried their mandu (dumplings), which had an incredibly soft, delicate wrapper - and now I definitely need to return for their signature perilla oil noodles and yukhoe bibimbap🤤 Led by Chef @projectsyun, this sister spot to the popular Yun Seoul was created in response to high demand for their handmade noodles, crafted from a blend of whole wheat, mung bean, and dried pollack, with no additives - just clean, thoughtful cooking🔥

ソウルの江南（カンナム）にある「ミョンソウル」は、ミシュランのビブグルマンガイドにも掲載されている人気店🌟 ミシュラン1つ星を獲得した「ユンソウル」の姉妹店は、全粒粉、緑豆、干しスケトウダラをブレンドし、添加物を一切使わず丁寧に仕上げた手打ち麺が名物🌾 今回は皮がとても柔らかくて繊細な「マンドゥ（餃子）」を目当てに伺いましたが、次回はお腹を空かせて「えごま油麺」や「ユッケビビンバ」もオーダーしてみたいと思います💓
