ソウルの江南（カンナム）にある「ミョンソウル」は、ミシュランのビブグルマンガイドにも掲載されている人気店🌟 ミシュラン1つ星を獲得した「ユンソウル」の姉妹店は、全粒粉、緑豆、干しスケトウダラをブレンドし、添加物を一切使わず丁寧に仕上げた手打ち麺が名物🌾 今回は皮がとても柔らかくて繊細な「マンドゥ（餃子）」を目当てに伺いましたが、次回はお腹を空かせて「えごま油麺」や「ユッケビビンバ」もオーダーしてみたいと思います💓
