【Recommended Restaurant★】It’s been a while since my last visit to Yakitori Higebozu. Thanks to a foodie friend who made a reservation, this was my first time back since they started using Takasaka chicken.I tried the chicken breast and thigh, and it was clear that the quality of the chicken has improved significantly. His serious demeanor while grilling left a strong impression.The restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis, starting at either 18:30 or 19:30, with a minimum of two guests required. Since the two-person minimum was a bit challenging, I had to persuade the owner of a certain izakaya to join me for this visit.The course includes 12 skewers? plus soba and mushroom skewers for JPY 7,700 (tax included) for a single experience. I came to this restaurant craving delicious yakitori. While I usually enjoy the chef's omakase, I've been eating less lately. However, I managed to secure a reservation that’s hard to come by!I quenched my thirst with a draft beer while waiting. The yakitori was perfectly grilled, crispy on the outside and fragrant! The vegetable skewers were cooked through but still juicy inside!I enjoyed my meal while sipping white wine, so I only took a photo of the restaurant's exterior.There are many great places to eat, but sometimes the reviews can be misleading. This place lived up to its reputation and was absolutely delicious!I’ll definitely come back if I can get another reservation! Less
