The contrast of texture and flavor is outstanding.Chicken breast: It has a slightly drier texture, which is expected.Water eggplant: Melt-in-your-mouth perfection.Lotus root: Stuffed with minced meat and green chili, it delivers a delightful spiciness and refreshing aroma—absolutely exquisite.Sudachi Sour (JPY 1,100): Refreshing and perfectly cuts through the richness of the yakitori.【Overall & Cost Performance】Even two hours after leaving, the aftertaste of the charcoal aroma was so delightful that I felt grateful for the experience (laughs). This place truly excels in its use of charcoal, making it a remarkable restaurant!
