This was my first visit.I finally managed to make a reservation and go, haha!I got in touch through a cancellation post on Instagram and secured a spot!The white liver was exquisite!!!It might be the best in Sapporo city?If the interior were a bit larger, it could be even better overall, in my personal opinion!The flavors were delicious.I feel like the soba could be a bit thinner to match better?!Next time, I’ll enjoy pairing it with wine!
