The dishes here are incredibly creative yet delicious.Truly delicious. They don't rely on expensive, well-known ingredients; instead, they brilliantly combine unexpected elements while highlighting each ingredient's unique characteristics. For example, ice cream with scallops and sesame oil, eel with pineapple, and tomato with crab. The menu changes every two months, so I want to visit regularly.
I visited this restaurant with a friend to celebrate our birthdays! We indulged in dishes featuring seasonal seafood and vegetables, all beautifully presented. The unexpected combinations were surprisingly harmonious, and we thoroughly enjoyed each plate! It was a great meal!

I visited during lunchtime. The appetizer featured scallops topped with ice, which was a refreshing and enjoyable experience from the start. The second appetizer, a dish with hairy crab and fruit tomatoes, was also delicious, and the ravioli had a hint of cumin in the sauce, adding a nice touch of spice. The almost raw, fresh conger eel was served with plum and chrysanthemum, perfectly capturing the essence of summer. For the fish dish, I had the managatsuo. It was my first time enjoying grilled... It was my first time enjoying grilled bonito in such a stylish way, and pairing it with Kaneyama miso and white eggplant was simply delightful. The meat dish featured Ryusen-dou black pork, and I personally recommend eating it wrapped in okawakame. The bread was mild and likely to appeal to everyone. It was delicious. For dessert, there were a total of four types, each visually exciting. The dessert made with white peach, sheep's milk, and hibiscus had a bubbly texture with ice inside. Personally, my favorites were the dacquoise with blue cheese and the florentines flavored with cardamom. This was the first time I found dacquoise so delicious, perhaps because it contained my beloved blue cheese and figs. I would love to visit again if I have the chance! ^^ Less

This was my first visit.I dined here for lunch. Each dish was crafted with care, and the staff provided kind and attentive service. ☺︎In my personal opinion, the overall menu featured unique flavors that might be polarizing for some.
I enjoyed a wonderful time here, with attentive service, delicate and exquisite dishes, and a chance to forget about everyday life.
I made a reservation and visited on a Friday during the week. The interior is bright and warm, featuring a lot of wood, and the staff provided polite and clear explanations. From the first dish, I enjoyed the visual appeal, the aromas, and the flavors. Seasonal vegetables were generously used, along with herbs that brought a sense of the season. While I can't convey the detailed flavors, I can say it was simply delicious. I highly recommend visiting for anyone considering it. Less
I love ad hoc! I visited for lunch again this time. Everything was truly delicious and innovative, and I was impressed once more. The flavors changed each time depending on where I ate and what I mixed in, making it an amazing experience. I will definitely come back for a special occasion! It was a great meal!
This was my second visit, and even after several years, the staff remembered me, which really made me happy! The first time I ate here, the food was so delicious that it quickly became one of my favorite places to return to. I truly appreciate how carefully they handled my allergy concerns. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this restaurant for dates and birthdays!
I've been wanting to visit this place for quite some time, but I never got the chance until now. I went there to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, and the dishes were truly unique. I wish I could express myself better, but all I can say is that everything was delicious! It was a great meal!♡
From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I felt a connection to nature in this incredibly soothing space. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, sending us off with smiles until the very end. The food was, of course, exceptional, with each dish being visually stunning and delicious. I definitely want to visit again.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is dimly lit and very stylish. It’s the ideal space where I would love to enjoy a meal. The service was attentive and excellent. Given the price range of the course, I personally felt that a more luxurious main dish would have made it perfect. It's been several years since my last visit. The layout, centered around the kitchen, creates a sense of comfort as you can feel the joy of the chefs in their cooking.I was torn between opting for a wine pairing or just a glass of wine, but in the end, I chose the glass. I ended up drinking quite a bit.The dishes are artistically beautiful.

If you head towards the Dojima River from the bustling area near Hanshin Fukushima Station, you'll find this restaurant occupying a small two-story building at the back of the Dojima Crosswalk. The interior is simple yet modern, featuring dynamic design elements and a botanical atmosphere filled with dried flowers. The dishes showcase complex flavors and fresh aromas, reflecting the chef's exceptional sense of style.
