Welcome back to Munich Munchies, tonight, we’re at @bartatar_schreiberei , the casual sibling of two-Michelin-starred @tohrunakamura , inside the historic die Schreiberei.

We started with pimped-up oysters:
🦪 Japanese crème fraîche & pine nuts, creamy, crunchy.
🍅 Bloody Mary: just like the drink.
🌿 Shiso, ginger & soy ponzu - zesty, citrusy and Japanese 🇯🇵

We started with pimped-up oysters:
🦪 Japanese crème fraîche & pine nuts, creamy, crunchy.
🍅 Bloody Mary: just like the drink.
🌿 Shiso, ginger & soy ponzu - zesty, citrusy and Japanese 🇯🇵

Then, @juliusbrantner sourdough with whipped butter & chive oil—good, but I’d take classic white bread.

Next, Rösti with beef tartare, crème fraîche & caviar—a nod to three-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ @waldhotel_sonnora . But the real star? Lemon pasta with caviar. Perfectly al dente, buttery, velvety, and balanced. 10/10.
