This lamb costs 22€ but it’s the same kind used by 3 michelin-starred chefs ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located inside the Munich @lithaus , @brasserieoskarmaria might look like a place for book clubs and Bordeaux... but don’t be fooled. This is one of Munich’s best casual dining options.

And the star of the show?

A 48-hour braised lamb shank made with @gutshof_polting lamb, aka the gold standard of German lamb.
