A lovely lunch at newly minted with a second Michelin star (Feb 24’ visit), @trivetrestaurant Well deserved by ex Fat Duck chef @jonny5lake Jonny Lake. Also it was refreshing to dine in a two star restaurant that only does an A La Carte menu rather than only having a tasting menu available. Highlights were the hot tongue bun from the lunch snack menu and the ‘Dante’s Pici’ which I nearly ordered twice it was that good. Highly recommended.

A very nice lunch at @trivetrestaurant last year. Jonny Lake @jonny5lake formerly of The Fat Duck, is behind the stoves and supplying some fantastic wines is @isabal_ms Isa Bal. I really enjoyed it and Jonny is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet having had a good chat with him about the state of the hospitality industry at the moment. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in London. Awarded two well deserved Michelin stars since this visit.

A fabulosa manteiga home made do @trivetrestaurant pode ser servida com a faca própria. Mas, para os mais chiques, o suave buraco no centro já apresenta o espaço próprio para o dedo penetrar a suave textura da dita. Depois, depois é comer alarvemente. A solo, ou com um naco de pão. Daquele feito com tempo.
Como uma tosta de purê de ervilhas. Para comer com as mãos. Brillante. @trivetrestaurant
