A very nice lunch at @trivetrestaurant last year. Jonny Lake @jonny5lake formerly of The Fat Duck, is behind the stoves and supplying some fantastic wines is @isabal_ms Isa Bal. I really enjoyed it and Jonny is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet having had a good chat with him about the state of the hospitality industry at the moment. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in London. Awarded two well deserved Michelin stars since this visit.
