Copy of Top Fine Dining Restaurants in Sofia, Bulgaria

This is my personal top list of fine dining restaurants in Sofia, which I have visited in the last two years. They all offer different experiences and quality food and the sort ordering should not be taken as a ranking. There are also other places, which are still in my To-Do list for visit, but since I currently have no experience with them, I can add or recommend them.

Sofia fine dining scene is getting more and more interesting lately, and offers a mixture of traditional approaches, plus interesting personal perspectives of offering traditional Bulgarian dishes into a more modern and personal way.

In my opinion, any of those restaurant are suitable entries for Michelin Bib Gourmand list and some of them, would be suitable for a Michelin Star rating as well.
