One of the reasons that @twins_kitchen imported @stefanoferraraforni pizza oven from Italy when they opened Interval at Cyberport was because they developed their sourgdough pizza dough and started to offer sourdough pizza. This dessert was unexpected yet made a lot of sense.

Using two seasonal ingredients: sweet potato puree, and apple cooked with congac and brown sugar until soft, and finished with mascarpone cheese on top, this sweet pizza was absolutely sensational, all the elements were so harmonious when eaten together. Such a nice sweet surprise as the finale using Interval’s signature creation. I hope they will put it on permanent menu

The housemade brown sugar rice cake by Chairman as last mignardises was also fantastic 😍
