Focused on flavours and execution, with a modern touch on most dishes. Unique flavour combos but ingredients were great. The higuma sausage on top of potato was outstanding, with the rich bear flavour and texture matched with the sauce. It is a bit of a journey to get there from pretty much anywhere but this is a place but worth the journey.. the space is beautiful also, perched slightly on a hill.. it isn't the easiest place to find either, but recommended!
