May at AKAI.It's one of my favorite seasons, and the food was delicious!The beans were tasty, and the rice porridge with Koshiabura and white asparagus was outstanding.The fish, including the flathead and grouper, as well as the wild boar, were all excellent.The dessert, lemon soufflé, was hot and fluffy.It's amazing how delicious everything was, and it's so easy to make a reservation!
