My fifth visit to RAW, and definitely the worst meal. When your dining companion thinks the dessert is the best course of the meal... that kinda tells you something. Just didn't get what they were trying to do.

Taiwanese-born Chef Andre Chiang, who used to run Restaurant Andre masterminds RAW in Taipei with Executive Chef Alain Huang running the day to day business.

A super modern dinning room for about 60 dinners it is stunningly beautiful with huge wooden scriptures which are more art the furniture dominating the space.

The foods matches the artsy interior with some of the dished being overthought for the result.

However most of the nine servings are very tasty with 70% of the ingredients locally... More

4th visit. Less interesting than my 3rd visit. Didn't "get" some of the dishes.

A pretty good dinner to celebrate an anniversary. Highlights included a modern take on Taiwanese boudin noir, a Taiwanese take on pot au feu, and a delicious beancurd dessert.
