Very excited to have gotten the chance to eat at one of the hottest restaurants in Taipei - RAW (#46 on the 2017 Asia's 50 Best Restaurants List) - by Chefs Alain Huang (@alainh001), André Chiang and Zor Tan. It's essentially taking the concept of Taiwanese food and presenting it in a way that is more haute cuisine. There is no menu, just a set of ingredients presented on a single side of paper. Beautiful restaurant, fantastic service, and excellent food throughout the entire meal. If you get a chance to eat here, don't pass it up!
