Lunch at Rafa Zafra’s Madrid outpost of Estimar. Maybe not as excellent as Barcelona where Rafa usually cooks, but still excellent non the less. Top tip, pre order the spider crab and angulas ‘ramen’, it’s incredible.....but bring your credit card 💸💸
