@timeoutmarketosaka has landed in Osaka, marking its first Asian outpost with a sprawling 3,000-square-metre space housing a whopping 17 dining concepts and 800 seats. Curated to showcase the city’s culinary diversity, this ambitious food hall, a centerpiece of the new Grand Green Osaka complex, delivers an impressive cross-section of Osaka’s vibrant dining scene—from local street food to inventive global cuisine.

The charm of「Takeyamachi Mita」lies not only in its exceptional food but also in its warm hospitality. The chef’s wife was incredibly friendly, engaging in conversation with all of us who were mostly from oversea and spoke little Japanese.

Jägerhof in St. Gallen is an absolute gem! I had the best Michelin-starred lunch, with a perfectly executed Quiche Lorraine, melt-in-your-mouth veal livers, and the most delicate, paper-thin Wiener schnitzel. Every bite was pure perfection.
