Spotted Prawn with Foie Gras @izukiorlando

It was hard to pick a favorite and the execution was close to impeccable.

The chef behind the menu has worked in multiple Michelin Star kitchens in NYC & LA. His experience is reflected on the menu.

It was a combination of tradition and innovation with high end western ingredients like Foie Gras, Caviar & Truffles.

There were several courses with the use of truffle. I love truffle, but I’d suggest not to overuse it.

Tasting Menu @bayridgesushikissimmee

This was the main course of their 8 course tasting menu!

Although they have a strong raw fish game most of the courses focus on Wagyu and truffles or a combination of both.

I love Wagyu and truffles, but they have dominant flavors and if overused it can become monotonous in my opinion.

The main course was the highlight of my meal hands down!

The concept is works!

It’s like a Mediterranean Chipotle:

1. Pick between a platter or a Gyro
2. Pick your protein
3. Add all the toppings

The halal chicken wings were straight fire and if you don’t want a platter or a gyro, just order them with fries and white sauce.

GUARANTEED SUCCESS!

Note: they have great falafel if you don’t want animal protein.

We drove out to Lake Mary to end our week with a nice white cloth dinner and it was solid.

A little bit more salt on my flown in Black Gulf Grouper and it would have been perfect.

It’s a very special place for the food and the people behind it.

Everyone made us feel very special!

☑️My favorite dishes I tried were the poached shrimp, green tomato & strawberry panzanella, pepperoni pizza, Prosciutto cotto piadina, & Spaghetti 🍝Nero. All the cocktail were solid especially the Hugo Spritz.

🥂✨AMAZING MINNESOTA RESTAURANT!✨🥂. I recently went back to @kitchenandrail located in Eagan, MN to try some some NEW food items & craft cocktails off their SUMMER BLISS seasonal menu and I absolutely loved everything we tried especially the Crispy Potato Waffles & Dip, Beef Cheeks Barbacoa Tacos, & steak frites as well the patio pounder drinks (watermelon & bangin’ basil). Additionally, the K&R chopped salad, Salsa Di Parma, Vietnamese pork belly, & Nana’s meatballs are all a MUST try off their main menu & the espresso martini is TOP TIER! 🫶🏻🥰

@kitchenandrail offers a nice variety of American comfort food in an upscale setting. The aesthetics, artwork, and ambiance of their space make it a very inviting & comfortable restaurant to visit over and over again (which I have done!). They are open for dinner and weekend brunch and have a cute patio to enjoy all the sunshine and Summer vibes! If you’ve never been to @kitchenandrail or even if you have — I HIGHLY recommend checking them out and revisiting to enjoy all their new food dishes, drinks, & drinks! Everytime I’ve been the service and consistency of the products has been on point!
