These thick-cut fries are traditional Scottish chips, however, should be crispy on the outside. These resembled more to a baked potato.

Cutting a fast food burger in half felt weirdly disrespectful… but we needed to see what was going on in there 👀

Yes I did classify this as fast food because, even though it has some elevated ingredients, the style of the burger is fast food - sesame bun, thin (not smashed) patty, minimal toppings.

If you go get the karaage chicken and ask for a spicy mayo on the side. For crispy chicken lovers only.

Have you been to Boston’s only michelin ⭐️ ? Here’s my honest take.

Reservations open on the 15th of every month, 45-75 days out. You’re refreshing their website at exactly noon for a chance. I got called off the waitlist two days before and moved everything around to make it work.

Ten seats. Husband and wife team. A studio converted into a restaurant. Intimate, exclusive, but never pretentious.

Service was warm and friendly, and they are happy to answer any questions about the food, their story, etc.

Is it a unique experience? Absolutely. Ingredient quality unlike anything else in Boston? Yes. Worth $350? That depends entirely on who you are.
