Casual shop with a local feel, the soup is a clear pork chintan with a crisp shoyu tare. All of the toppings are house-made, including the thin sliced green negi which comes topped on the recommended negi ramen. The encouraged way of eating is to add some of the fried seabura (pork back fat) topping available as a free condiment on the counter.
