Recommended bowl: Every dish legit
The shop is clean and simple, with just one long counter and two staff working the kitchen. The niboshi shio ramen contains Tamura Seiumen noodles cut straight and presented ever so carefully. A broad, thin slice of chashu, menma, and some fresh Japanese mitsuba leaves finish the bowl. The shoyu wonton chūka-soba is also sublime — this shop is one of the highest ranked in the area for a reason.
