Recommended bowl: Pure chicken

This shop focuses on chicken-based bowls. There is a clear shio soup made with chickens and water only, as well as a slightly heavier nōkō, or rich torisoba. The nōkō soup stock is made using Iwate chickens and vegetables. The noodles are house made. Toppings include two types of chicken chashu and negi. Open since 2011.
