Senkyu serves ‘sanmaguro ramen,’ a clean-tasting shoyu-based bowl made from a double soup of sanma/maguro (pacific saury/tuna) and special ‘daisen’ chickens. Master Matsumoto-san previously ran the original Ivan Ramen located right here in the same location.
