Recommended bowl: Yushima legend

An established and legit shop, run by master Takekawa-san, who first opened up back in 1999. Known for its shio torisoba, but also serving an excellent shoyu and tsukemen, all served with homemade noodles. Various appetizers and small dishes are on the menu, too.
