The main bowls contain chicken, pork and niboshi and take multiple days to make. Noodles are supplied by Tomitaya. Several other options on the menu including tsukemen. Run by president Hara-san, Menya Oto started out as the second branch of a ramen shop called Tenka in Katsushika-ku.
