特製もりそば / Tokusei Morisoba / Ōtsuka Taishōken - Ōtsuka, Tokyo

Higashi-Ikebukuro Taishōken style tsukemen. Tangy shoyu soup uses pork bones, pork feet, chicken carcasses and niboshi. Noodles are house-made.
