Recommended bowl: Double soup

Master Okumura-san trained at the famous Aoba in Nakano for five years and he now runs his own shop with the help of his wife. Tonkotsu-gyokai soup, noodles by Kanezin. Ramen and tsukemen both available. Open since 2013.
