This small shop, tucked away on a quiet side street in Nishiazabu, serves excellent shoyu ramen. President Ryohei Itou hails from the Tachikawa area, and he is proud to call his ramen 'Tachikawa style.’ Similar to Hachioji style, made with a clear shoyu soup, thin curly noodles, diced onions and sliced pork chashu.
