Inspired by the legendary Eifukucho Taishōken, this shop serves larger than average bowls of nostalgic Tokyo shoyu made with niboshi. The clear pork soup also contains kombu and vegetables, and is served with noodle portions that are one and a half the size of your typical ramen shop.
