焼肉KINTANの看板メニュー「30日間 熟成牛タン KINTAN」は、試行錯誤を繰り返し、30日という熟成日数にたどり着いた一品。濃厚な味わいをレモンなしで、且つ通常の牛タンと食べ比べて楽しめる。お肉にあう厳選したワインも多数。他にも薄く切った生ユッケをピザのようにして食べるという発想から生まれた「日本一のサーロイン・ユッケ ハーフ&ハーフ」、和食の原点であるお寿司と牛肉を組み合わせた「牛肉寿司」、焼肉の定番にリッチな食材を加えた「フォアグラとトリュフの石焼ビビンバ」などがある。

Yakiniku KINTAN's signature dish, the 30-day Aged Beef Tongue KINTAN, is a dish cured for 30 days meticulously. The rich flavor can be enjoyed without lemon compared to regular beef tongue. A number of carefully selected wines to match the meat are also available. Other dishes include Japan's No. 1 Sirloin Yukke Half & Half, conceptualized from the idea of eating thinly sliced raw yukke like a pizza; Beef Sushi, which combines beef and sushi, the origin of Japanese cuisine; and Ishiyaki Bibimbap with Foie Gras and Truffles, which adds rich ingredients to the standard barbecued meat.
