辛神山つけ麺 / Kara Kanzan Tsukemen / Menya Musashi Kanzan - Kanda, Tokyo

Spicy double soup uses chicken carcasses, pork bones and gyokai (katsuo and niboshi). Noodles by Kanejin Shokuhin.
