The second shop in the Watanabe ramen group, owned by master Watanabe-san. The theme here is Tsubame-Sanjo style inspired ramen from Niigata prefecture. Pork and niboshi soup is topped with a shower of pork back fat. Medium thick wavy noodles are supplied by the Watanabe central kitchen. Topped with diced onions and the usual toppings.
