Recommended bowl: Shopping street ramen

Enishi, run by master Tsunoda Masashi, sits on the second floor of a standard Tokyo shophouse. All of the noodles are handmade and the soup contains chicken, pork, vegetables, katsuo and kelp. No MSG. Various bowls available, including seasonal specialties. In May 2017, the menu was completely revamped. A well known shop often visited by ramen otaku.
