Tonkotsu-gyokai soup uses pork bones and chicken stock, along with seafood oil and fish powder. Garlic shoyu soup consists of a similar pork and chicken base, combined with soy sauce tare, mirin and chopped garlic (shrimp and tantan soups also available).
