ワンタン麺 / Wontonmen / Shantan Ramen Hiroya — Meguro, Tokyo

Tokyo shoyu ramen contains a clear pork soup seasoned with fried negi. Thin curly noodles are by Maruyama Seimen, served slightly al dente. Topped with pork chashu, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, mizuna and wontons. Fried gyoza and aji-tsuke moyashi on the side.
