インドカレー フジヤ / Indian Curry Fujiya

『インドカレー フジヤ』、日本橋小舟町にて復活。

日本橋三越前で下駄屋として、初代が1908年に藤屋を創業。時代の変化を読み取り、1996年に3代目がカレー屋として転身しております。それから多くのファンを抱える人気店へと成長したが、2021年に閉店。カレーファンをたちを悲しませた出来事でしたが、翌年にここ日本橋小舟町の地にて再オープンを果たしております。

チキンカレー、800円。

シルエットに変化なし。カレーを入れる器も同じものを使用しております。特徴は、たっぷりの玉ねぎが作る甘味と後を追いかけてくる強烈なスパイス。スープがなくなるまで煮込むとのことで、濃厚さを手に入れており、辛さもあいまってご飯と相性がバッチリに。ゴロっとした骨つきのチキンも食べ応えあり。

こんな美味しいカレーがなくなったら困る！復活おめでとうございます、ありがとうございます。

Indian Curry Fujiya" is back in Nihonbashi Kobunacho.

The first generation established Fujiya in 1908 as a geta shop in front of Mitsukoshimae, Nihonbashi. Reading the changes of the times, the third generation turned the business into a curry shop in 1996. Since then, it grew into a popular restaurant with many fans, but closed in 2021. The following year, the restaurant reopened here in Nihonbashi Kobunacho.

Chicken Curry, 800 yen.

No change in silhouette. The same container is used to hold the curry. The features are the sweetness created by the plentiful onions and the strong spices that follow. The soup is simmered until it runs out, which gives it a richness that, combined with the spiciness, makes it a perfect match with rice. The chicken with the bone is also very satisfying.

I would hate to see such a delicious curry disappear! Congratulations and thank you for bringing it back.
