The soup here is a light tonkotsu broth, simmered for 14 hours on medium heat before ready for consumption. The noodles are house-made. Choice of shio or shoyu tare, as well as ramen or tsukemen. The tokusei (special) bowls come topped with extra meat and a raw egg yolk. Part of the well-known Gyoku group based in Kawasaki, run by president Tamaga-san.
