Dinner at 鮨処 新橋鶴八

EPIC Signature Maguro (Tuna) Tekkamaki at Shimbashi Tsuruhachi - Super decadent hockey puck-sized futomaki with two slices each of akami (lean tuna), chutoro (medium fatty tuna), and otoro (fatty fatty), all rolled with sushi rice into a Tuna flavor bomb! Crazy delicious! @kotaro_0402

Super delicious, straightforward sushi experience at one of @kotaro_0402’s favorite sushi-yas in Tokyo with only 6 seats — SHIMBASHI TSURUHACHI, run by the very humble Chef Hirokazu Igarashi. Classic Edomae style with large but balanced nigiri, and the best part is they do Okonomi style, aka à la carte!

Squid (Ika)
Flounder (Hirame)
Gizzard Shad (Kohada)
Yellowtail (Buri)
Mackerel (Saba)
Clam (Asari)
Sardine (Iwashi)
Mantis Shrimp (Shako)
Conger Eel (Anago)
