I visited the famous Hanakansho restaurant, Yukimura. A friend happened to let me know that there was an available seat, so I decided to check it out. As expected, it lived up to its reputation. The chef was friendly and engaging, and the Hanakansho was generously served with the shabu-shabu. Being able to get a refill was the cherry on top!
