satisfied my handroll craving at the new handroll joint in singapore @tokunori.sg. we had their 5-piece jyosen set ($38) but we’re still hungry so topped up with their wagyu & uni handroll ($16), aburi salmon crispy sushi ($16), and maguro poppers ($12).

here’s the deal: stick to the handrolls. you’re there for their fun twist and flavors, not for the highest quality fish. think kazunori vibes, but just not at that level. pro tip: the engawa handroll is a must! #whatKBeats... More
