Recommended bowl: Handmade chūka soba

The recommended bowl is served with a clear soup made from chicken carcasses and pork bones, paired with a shoyu tare blend of six different kinds of soy sauce. No MSG. Noodles are handmade in the shop each day by master Nakamura-san, who trained at the Toride in Shibuya. The noodles contain four varieties of wheat, wonton skins also house-made.
