This shop specializes in shoyu ramen, with light, medium and heavy strength tare sauces to choose from when ordering your bowl. The chicken based chintan soup is made using kombu, and there are multiple cuts of noodles on hand as well. The master Nakanishi-san is self taught, and a huge boxing fan.
