Recommended bowl: Tonkotsu & flying fish

The recommended 'Todashi Ramen' is served with a creamy soup of tonkotsu and flying fish, with yuzukoshō on the side. Multiple other styles available, such as tsukemen with a rich chicken and tonkotsu-gyokai soup and Jiro style. Noodles are house-made offsite in a company facility. Run by master Yoshimitsu-san, now with three shops total in Osaka. Nishi-Ohashi flagship open since 2018.
