Recommended bowl: Japanese style chūka

Run by Master Fukui-san, this is the second shop of Chūka Soba Sen, a well known shop in Abiko, Osaka. The main offering is a Japanese style shoyu chūka soba, made with pork, niboshi and katsuobushi based clear soup. Regular width noodles are special ordered and each bowl is topped with pork chashu, menma, and black pepper. Tsukemen and tantanmen also available, along with gyoza, curry rice, and some other side dishes. Open since 2018.
